Metal-Organic Vapour Phase Epitaxy (MOVPE) of compound semiconductors

Crystallization processes: Modelling, nonlinear analysis and controller design

Large-scale, high performance simulations of chemical reactors

Model reduction techniques

Batch reactors: modelling and optimisation of multi-phase processes and inestigation of mixing effects
